Free Resolution
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

When terminating the contract within the legal period, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any offers that accompany the main product. Just Burel must refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form.
The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and in which the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree Law n.º 24/2014.
