Shipping Policy

Just Burel offers several shipping methods that may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order, such as weight, value and destination region.

For purchase amounts over 150 euros for Portugal, Madeira, Azores, shipping costs are free.

Shipping costs are shown when registering an order in the store, in the second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following characteristics:

● Destination region;

● Weight and/or value of the order;

● Shipping method chosen;

Shipments via CTT with national destination, Portuguese Islands and Europe

Orders are shipped via CTT Expresso for the national market and CTT Internacional for Europe.

The price shown in the table applies to the CTT Expresso (National) and CTT Internacional (Europe) service, where delivery is made on the first working day following the dispatch of the order in the case of CTT Expresso Nacional shipments.

For CTT International Europe the average delivery time is between 4 and 6 business days.

The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force.

How the order is processed

The dispatch of an order will be carried out taking into account the shipping method chosen by the consumer when registering the order and only after validation of the payment.

The order is dispatched by CTTs both nationally and internationally.

When the order is shipped, the consumer will receive an email where he can confirm the tracking code to follow the delivery information.

The expected delivery time may vary according to the shipping service contracted or depending on the timeframe provided for in the description of the shipping method.

Return policy


This return policy has been drawn up based on current legislation and may be updated without prior notice.

Deadline for Free Resolution and Return

The customer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs (apart from the cost of returning the product(s)) and without having to indicate the reason, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days, counting from the from the day on which the customer or a third party appointed by the customer (with the exception of the carrier) acquires physical possession of the product(s).

Thus, in the case of exercising the right of free withdrawal, any purchase made in the store can be returned within a period of 14 days after being received. After this period, it will not be possible to offer a refund or exchange of the item(s).

If the customer intends to exercise the right of Free termination of the contract, he must complete and deliver any unequivocal declaration of termination of the contract. You can, through contact with the store, within the aforementioned period, request the Free

Termination or explicitly indicate via email that you intend to terminate the contract.

The contact made by email must refer to the following data:

● Name of the recipient;

● Phone/mobile phone contact;

● Order number;

● Order date;

● Order receipt date;

● Number of products and/or services purchased.

Upon receipt of the request for free termination of the contract, a response will be given as soon as possible, in order to expedite and schedule the collection of the purchased product(s).

Conditions for return

In order for a purchase to be eligible for a return, the items purchased must be

in the same conditions in which they were delivered. It will also be necessary that they

are returned in their original packaging and without signs of misuse or abuse



In order for the return process to be completed, it will be necessary to include the sending of the purchase invoice, proof of payment and the return form.


The refund of the value of the product(s), as well as the delivery costs, will be fully refunded within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the free resolution decision.

Just Burel is not obliged to reimburse additional costs of return as a method of collection of the product (s) different and more expensive than the one presented by us. In case the collection of the product(s) from the customer is requested by Just Burel, the refund process will start after the proper reception of the product(s). The customer will be notified by {e-mail} regarding this process.

The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and in which the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

An exchange of articles is only accepted when the order is defective, incomplete, incorrect or with damage resulting from the act of delivery. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us by email at the following address:

Shipping costs initially paid will be included in the amount to be refunded, as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree Law n.º 24/2014.

If the customer wants a collection method different from that defined by Just Burel, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs related to the return of the product to the store, whether for return or exchange purposes. We cannot guarantee that items are returned or that they arrive in identical condition as when they were shipped.
